Do credits expire?
Your plan's credits refresh each billing cycle, so the previous cycle's subscription credits don't carry over. Top-up credits you buy separately never expire. Full mechanics are in our Refund & Billing Policy.
What if a generation comes out wrong?
Every output passes a quality gate. If it fails, the credits are refunded automatically — you only spend on work you can use.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
