Prequel Inc. ("we"), 15 Palm Avenue, Miami Beach, FL 33139, USA, is the controller of personal data processed through Vendy. For users in the EU/EEA, our Article 27 representative is Olga Efimenko, Fanariou 10, apt. 102, Limassol, Cyprus, 3106.

We don't intentionally collect special-category data. Please don't upload sensitive personal information you don't need in an ad.

• to generate your creative and run your account;
• to take payment and manage your credits;
• to provide support and send service messages;
• to keep Vendy secure and detect abuse;
• to improve the product in aggregate;
• to send product updates or marketing only if you opt in — you can unsubscribe anytime.

Your uploads and outputs are sent to AI providers strictly to generate your requested creative. We do not use your private uploads or outputs to train publicly available AI models, and we don't sell them. If we ever build models on customer data, it would be on aggregated or anonymised data, or with your explicit opt-in.

We may also disclose data to comply with the law, enforce our terms, or in a merger or acquisition, where you'll be notified. We don't sell your personal data.

We keep account and billing data while your account is active and as required for tax or legal reasons after closure. Uploads and outputs are kept so you can access your work; you can delete projects anytime, and closing your account removes your content within a reasonable period, except where we must retain limited records by law.

Depending on where you live, including the EEA, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Virginia, Illinois, Texas and Washington, you can request to access, correct, export, or delete your data, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent. We don't discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

We use encryption in transit, access controls and reputable infrastructure to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we'll notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.

Vendy isn't for anyone under 18 and we don't knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us data, email support@prequelapp.com and we'll delete it.

We're based in the United States and may process data in the US and other countries. Where we move EEA data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
